Το ελληνικό μεταρρυθμιστικό πρόγραμμα δεν μπορεί να βασίζεται μόνο σε δεσμεύσεις για αύξηση φόρων, δήλωσε η γενική διευθύντρια του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου, Κριστίν Λαγκάρντ, σε συνέντευξη της στο γαλλικό περιοδικό Challenges.
Σύμφωνα με το Reuters, η κ. Λαγκάρντ τόνισε πως δεν θέλει ένα Grexit, αλλά δεν πιστεύει σε κάποια “έκρηξη” στην ευρωζώνη.
Επίσης, η επικεφαλής του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου υποστήριξε ότι η ελληνική ανάκαμψη απαιτεί την εφαρμογή μεταρρυθμίσεων, αλλά χρειάζεται και βήματα από τους Ευρωπαίους πιστωτές για την διασφάλιση της βιωσιμότητας του χρέους.
